Booking Terms & Conditions 


 
  1. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of debit/credit card details and will be taken as acceptance of our terms.  
  2. A confirmation email or letter will be sent confirming booking details. 
  3. We request that any changes or cancellations made to a booking are confirmed in writing. 
  4. Full payment is required at the time of arrival.  
  5. Accounts are permitted only with the Managers authorisation and by prior arrangement. 
  6. Our standard cancellation policy is by 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first nights accommodation. 
  7. Multiple room and/or bookings of more than 7 days may be subject to an alternative charge. 
  8. Early departures may be subject to a cancellation charge. 
  9. No shows will be charged the full amount of the booked period. 
  10. Check in is between 2pm and 10pm, early or late check in can be arrange with prior notice. 
  11. Check out is by 11am, late check out may result in a further charge. 
 
In booking with us you accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by you or any party member, charges for any such damage will be made. 
Consideration for other guests is expected and if in our reasonable opinion or the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause, or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we are entitled without prior notice to terminate the booking of the person(s) concerned. We will have no further responsibility towards such person(s) and no refunds will be given. 
We will do our utmost to respond to any special requests made and cater for any medical or personal requirements. Please notify us of any such requirements on booking.  
No charge will be made for babies or children using their own cots and/or bedding, or sharing the bedding of a paying adult.
 
As a listed building our disabled facilities are limited.  Please ensure booking staff are fully aware of any relevant circumstances before confirming your booking.  Our reception desk is located on the first floor and accessed up a flight of stairs.  All rooms are on the first, second and third floors of our guest accommodation, visitors with limited mobility may find access to rooms unsuitable.
